Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone with relevant Technical/Engineering knowledge who is confident and experienced in managing the operations and production side of a GRP boat manufacturing company.
Applicants will need to be organised, IT proficient, and have strong communication skills.

The Operations Manager will be a member of the management team and will report directly to CEO.
The position is within a small, but well-established boat building company that are now looking to grow and the view for this position is for it to develop into a COO position
Due to the nature of the role, the day to day will be varied, however, will involve:
- Production/workflow Scheduling
- Procurement process management
- Certification/Regulatory Maintenance
- Production process and materials development
- QA management
