Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing New Build
Our client is currently recruiting for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their social housing new build division. With an annual turnover of £400m they are well-known in the main contracting sector and due to expansion & new projects are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to add to their dynamic team. This contractor offer career progression opportunities as well as a friendly working culture. Majority of projects are new build social housing, although they do also venture into health care and education on a smaller scale.
Our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ideally with experience within the new build sector, applicants with this experience are preferred however we are willing to look at candidates with refurb/fit out experience that are top of their game. You will be getting involved in the procuring and managing of subcontract packages until final account on social housing projects of an RC frame nature. This is a great company to develop your career and be trained to go on to be a top surveyor. Existing Surveyors have been with the company for the long-term and have progressed through the ranks.
