Salary: £26,000 per year
Acorn Recruitment is seeking a French speaking Customer Service Representative on behalf of their client, a leader in its field based in Deeside.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining on-going relationships with existing accounts whilst assisting customers with day-to-day queries. The successful applicant will also work alongside the Business Development Team in order to increase trading accounts and increase sales.
Responsibilities to include:
– Supplying the ordered goods on time in the right quantity.
– Offering customers an intensive and individual high quality service by being proactive towards their requirements.
– Increasing an already existing trading database, identifying non traders in order to work with the Sales Team to convert them into customers.
– Working alongside and supporting a French based Field Sales Representative in order to seek out larger order opportunities.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
