Property Manager

Salary: £27,600 per year

Salary dependent upon experience.

Our client is a currently looking for Property Manager to join their team during a time of growth.

The Property Manager role:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails to tenants, landlords and 3rd parties
• Manage property adverts including proactive marketing
• Conduct property compliance checks and due diligence
• Manage all property safety certificates
• Adhere to all lettings legislation at all times
• Manage property files and administration

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in Property Management or Lettings Management
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Full UK driving Licence
