1st Line IT Support

We are a Midland’s based company, delivering technology solutions that span IT infrastructure, personal computing and access devices as well as imaging and printing devices.

The post holder will be a member of a team of IT Service Desk Agents providing a customer sensitive, responsive support, fault resolution and advice service, which ensures the maximum availability, performance and utilisation of information systems for customers on behalf of our client.

The successful candidate will deliver a first line support service via the IT Service Desk, receiving incidents and service requests from various routes including telephone and e-mail.
You will also offer advice to end users and customers on all areas of IT, troubleshooting and ensuring desk standards are met.
An overall focus will be to implement and improve processes and procedures within the team allowing strong service focused deliverables

Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a customer service role. You’ll have a passion for IT. Any IT qualifications is also desirable but not necessary.
