Job Description: Website & Digital Marketing Manager
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Position Summary:
We are looking for an individual who enjoys combining campaign creativity with an analytical mind and technical know-how.
We need someone who loves the creativity of digital marketing concept development combined with detailed understanding of website technology and data led user experience analytics. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with detailed data analysis while also enjoying creative digital content creation using Canva, Adobe, Photoshop and other tools.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement and review highly creative digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
In particular:
• Deploy all current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns
• Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns
• Marketing database campaigns
• Email campaigns including A/B and multivariate experiments
• Social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Ensure optimised campaign landing pages and user funnels for all campaigns
• Report on overall website performance and campaign results using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence for organic growth
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Lead ongoing improvements in website performance. In particular:
• Improve the User Experience of the website regularly through audits.
• Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics based on analysis of current performance.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple 55/Redefined brand channels and customer touch points.
• Review customer conversion points and identify ongoing improvement to optimise user funnels to book appointments or purchase a product.
• Collaborate affiliate partners on website updates.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and present ideas for adoption where appropriate.
Experience and Education Required
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5 years of work experience as a Website Manager and/or Digital Marketing.
Skills Required
• Excellent understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures using CSS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. Top candidates will be comfortable constantly identifying ways to improve the User Experience (UX) of the website.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g. DART, Atlas)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Expert knowledge of Macromedia suite, Adobe suite, Content Management Systems, and W3C Web standards.
• Proficient working knowledge of HTML, CSS design, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Per Click (PPC). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Experience in setting up social media advertising campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Excellent content creation skills working with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop and adobe skills.
• Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
