Estimator – a leading Top Tier building contractor is recruiting an Estimator to join the successful pre-construction team in their East Midlands office. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to tender and secure award winning projects across commercial, education, high-rise accommodation, student accommodation, retail and leisure sectors ranging from £20m – £60m.

Key Duties:
– Tendering projects from £10m – £60m
– Cost planning and pricing.
– Appraisal of tender documents
– Using Conquest software

Salary & Package:
– Basic salary of £24(DOE)
