We are recruiting an office based Estimator for our client based in Nottingham. 

You would be working closely with an established commercial team and the business directors on projects of differing value.

Duties;

• Expected to attend post tender and pre-order meetings and report at key intervals
• To handover the estimate and analysis in a format that is user friendly to the construction team
• Expected to make site visits ahead of tenders being returned
• Pursuing submitted tenders
• Reviewing of sub-contract orders 
• Produce the best net cost on all tenders
• Present the bid in the most appropriate manner to the bid team to ensure effective commercial settlement
• Producing material procurements schedules

Requirements;

• UK Driving Licence 
• HNT/HTC
• Proficiency with softwears; Conquest, Causeway, CAD Measure or similar 
• Relevant and proven experience in the sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Written and verbal skills
