Location: Leeds
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to apply themselves to one of the UK’s market leaders in New Build Housing Solutions and Community Regeneration.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the process of compiling and producing quality bids and related phases in order to achieve contracts with an expected value of £500k to £250M. To understand, adhere and implement the company SHEQ policies / strategy.
Essential Skills & Experience
High level of interpersonal skills
Good at developing relationships with Operational leaders
Able to communicate at all levels
Proven written communication and presentation skills
Some experience of bid management throughout the full bid lifecycle
Basic Interview and presentation skills
Social Housing Knowledge/Experience
Advanced skills in MS Office including Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
