About the role:
Brief description: Caring for the elderly with and without disabilities within their own homes in a personal capacity. You must have your own transport and a FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE.
– Duties include but are not limited to:
– Assisting with getting dressed and putting to bed
– Shopping, cleaning and everyday tasks
– Preparing meals
– Prompting Medication
– Assisting with personal hygiene
– Working hours:
– Part time/Full time
– 16 to 40 Hours
– Flexible between 07:00 and 22:00
– Monday – Sunday
– Morning, Lunch, Afternoon, Beds and Alternative Weekends
– Other Requirements
– Full CRB Required
– Full Training Provided
Service Users within the St Helens area – Clock Face, Dentons Green, St Helens Junction, Thatto Heath, Rainford, Eccleston, Billinge, Garswood and Newton. Other areas Ashton-in-Makerfield.
The ideal candidate/requirements:
– Experience wanted but not essential – NVQ Level 2 in health and Social Care or higher but not essential as we provide this service
– Dedicated, Hardworking, Communication Skills, Team Building and Caring
– Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and Own Transport
