Service Reservations Advisor

My client based in Norwich, Norfolk, is looking for an enthusiastic, talented, motivated and experienced Call Centre / Sales Advisor to work within our busy reservations department.

You must have strong communication skills and demonstrate excellent call centre experience of inbound and outbound call handling. The role involves making outgoing as well as taking incoming calls to book Customers in for Service, MOT, Repairs and VHC work for the Group.

The ideal candidate will be a confident relationship builder, be able to influence and advise when offering a first class service to our customers whilst achieving set targets and objectives.

You will be based in Norwich working 33.5 hours per week, with a working pattern of Wednesday & Thursday 9.30am to 7.45pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
