Finishes Site Manager

Salary: £288 – £300 per day

Your new company
Working for a company who build high quality new build care and retirement homes & apartments. They are looking to recruit staff for their establishing and expanding Sussex business. The company are privately run and expanding into Sussex building £multi-million new build accommodation. Projects are either traditional build or concrete frame apartments with 4 – 5 storeys and high quality internal and external finishes.

Your new role
The role would suit an experienced assistant manager / finishing foreman / or manager looking to oversee the high quality finishes required for this new build. The role reports into an on site team of Site Manager and Project Manager and is supported by a visiting Contracts Manager. The construction is traditional build for new build care home.

What you’ll need to succeed

Ideally you will have –
5+ years experience
Construction qualification – Degree, NVQ or equivalent (although not essential)
SSSTS and CSCS Gold Supervisors card or above
1st Aid at work
Ability to work well and motivate sub-contractors
