Salary: £48,000 – £60,000 per year
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding internal construction company operating in both the public and private sector as a Research and Development Manager. A competitive salary of £48,000 – £60,000is being offered.
The successful candidate will have experience within a construction environment and have been involved in research and development as well as the operational side of the business. This role has arisen due the current MD wanting to take a less pivotal role within the company. To fit in with the company ethos and culture you will be bright and switched on with a can-do attitude. You will be creative and not afraid to get your ideas across. You will be able to take initiative and make decisions for the benefit of the company.
Your everyday responsibilities as Research and Development manager will be to develop process improvement and ensure smooth operational performance. You will be able to look at the technical processes within product development and look for areas to improve and refine. You will work closely with the Managing Director being someone he can rely on in his absence.
