I’m recruiting for an Administrator to join a well-established business who provides extensive automotive parts repairs for vehicles. I’m looking for an Administrator to join a friendly team on a temp to perm basis at £26,000 per year with free car parking and full training provided!

As an administrator you will be supporting the dispatch team by booking jobs on to the internal system.

What will you be doing as an Administrator?
* You will be building in jobs for engineers that have come in via email or the online system
* You will be liaising with other departments about the jobs you built on to the system
* Processing emails
* Checking appointments
* Develop and maintain an online filing system
* You will be dealing with online quires
* Noting the system when you’ve built a job on
* General admin duties

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
* Competent with IT
* Good communication skills
* Educated to GCSE level
* Admin experience is essential
* Experience working in contact centre would be preferred
* Attention to detail
* You can work in a fast-paced environment
* You can work well within a team
* Reliable

What will you get in return for your work as an Administrator?
* Weekly pay
* Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
* £26,000 per year

* Full training provided – shadowing with colleagues
* Once you have completed your training and performance is where it needs to be you can work from home
