Are you an experienced QS who has worked on M&E projects? Have you worked on an array of bespoke contracts? Are you looking for remote working with the occasional site visit? If so please read on…
Due to a large project win and increased workload, we are looking for a contract Quantity Surveyor to join on a 6 month initial contract.
Essential skillset:

• At least 5 years experience as a QS
• A good understanding of different contract types (NEC,FIDIC etc)
• Engaging and managing sub-contracts including tender enquiries, award and assessment of monthly payment applications
• Experienced working on large industrial M+E installs
• Experience with BMS systems would be a desirable
• Delay and disruption Claims and variations experience.
