This International Real Estate & Project Management Consultancy are looking for a Project Manager to enhance their team.
Working on a wide range of developments, you will operating in a variety of sectors including Office/Commercial, Retail, Education, Industrial, Residential and Mixed use.
As a Project Manager you will have a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
Providing clients with strategic project advice.
Acting as Contract Administrator/Employers Agent.
Providing clients with due diligence or project monitoring services.
Programme Management.
Managing the delivery of Projects.
Design brief development
Site based Project Management
Budget Management
Procurement and Pre Contract adviceThe successful candidate will have worked for a recognised Real Estate Consultancy, Property Development Consultancy or Project Management Consultancy. The candidate will have experience of managing developments through the phases of planning & Design and Construction.
The candidate will have a Degree in Building Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, and will have proven track record in Construction Project Management from a Consultancy perspective.
