Class 1 Drivers (Birmingham)

Class 1 Drivers are needed to help deliver mail for short and long term contracts in Birmingham. This is a route to permanent employment although this can’t be guaranteed.

The role is general trunking, collections and deliveries of mail to different depots and mail centres nationally. You will be driving in a modern fleet of trucks with little or no handballing. We have a wide range of shifts available ranging from midnight starts, early shift, late and night shift patterns however, the ideal candidate will be flexible to work any shifts. This exciting opportunity also encourages extras hours which are available over weekends, guaranteeing ample work on offer!

You will need to be a skilled highly professional driver with ideally a minimum of 6 months recent HGV1 driving experience. You must have a full UK drivers licence, with no more than six points and no DR or DD endorsements, along with a digital tacho and DCPC card.
