Marketing Manager

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

Cromwell Polythene specialises in the supply of refuse sacks and bin liners to local authorities, waste management companies and janitorial distributors. But more than that, with a newly acquired manufacturing facility, we are working towards our mission to be the most resourceful company in plastics, supplying products that help make the world cleaner, greener and more economical.

We have created a new opportunity within the business for a Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing function, working closely with the Sales team and Management group as well as line managing the existing Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities include:

* Leading on marketing strategy, working closely with the management team;

* Using creative spark to implement and run marketing strategies and campaigns;

* Overseeing the website, brand management and consistency, internally and externally;

* Monitoring and reporting on marketing activities.

We are seeking applicants with:

* Previous experience of working in a similar Marketing position, ideally with a relevant qualification;

* Experienced in overseeing websites, branding and marketing campaigns;

* Experienced and proficient in writing engaging and informative copy and content to promote products through blogs, press releases and newsletters;

* Industry and/or product knowledge would be an advantage.

Working with the existing Marketing Coordinator this is a hands on role across the full range of marketing activities across the busines which comprises sales, distribution and manufacture as well as our passion to educate and provide resources to fulfil our mission.
