Project Overview: Our client, a leading global Aerospace Engineering and Manufacturing company require a number of Inspectors to undertake a 12 month temporary assignment based in Bristol. Working in a flexible team working environment as part of an integrated team delivering Production, Development or Repair aerospace engine and module programmes.
Essential Skills/Experience: Required Skills / Experience / Qualifications – Time Served; Indentured Apprenticeship, Advanced Modern Apprenticeship, NVQ 1,2 and 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or very similar. – Demonstrable experience of aerospace strip and build procedures. – Demonstrable experience of conditioning/sentencing aerospace parts and assemblies.
Desirable Skills/Experience: Desirable Skills / Experience – Engine Intrascoping – Experienced in the interpretation of repair limits – CMM experience – Risk assessment and COSHH trained. – Having an understanding of or been trained in L.I.T.S. standards and practices. – Able to train others.
Additional Information: 12 month temporary assignment, paying £19.15 per hour PAYE or £20.38 per hour Limited
