Mobile Senior Cardiac Radiographer

We are currently looking for a Mobile Senior Cardiac/ Interventional Radiographer to work for a leading private healthcare provider based in the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for Senior Cardiac Radiographer to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to maintain high standards of patient care at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Ensure the protection and safety of all staff and patients against the dangers of ionising radiation and to comply with ionising Radiation Regulations, Health and Safety at Work Act, Manual Handling and COSHH Regulations
* Promote and act as ambassador for the cardiac service
* Participate in the induction and training of new staff
* Attend mandatory and other appropriate staff training
* Ensure delivery of a high quality service by ensuring that the department’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control programme is maintained.
* Provide support for Superintendent Radiographer

Skills and Experience
* DCR, BSc or equivalent in Radiography
* HPC registration
* Proven postgraduation experience in Cardiology

Please note there is no oncall or nights with this role and they work three long days.
