Senior Accountant / Client Manager

Salary: £66,000 per year

CLIENT MANAGER ROLE IN KETTERING, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE- JOB REF: JO35612

Accountancy Elite are thrilled to be partnered with a very well-established Accountancy Practice based in Kettering, providing an excellent range services to clients across many different sectors. This company is looking to expand their Accounts department due to their continued growth.

The successful candidate for this role must be ACCA or ACA qualified, with any additional qualifications being a bonus. A minimum of 5 years’ accountancy practice experience is required. Any prior experience in managing junior and/or senior staff would also be a massive bonus.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of complex accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
• Preparation of Corporate and Personal Tax returns for clients and offering Tax Planning solutions.
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and team members.
• Managing a client portfolio consisting of businesses across Northamptonshire.
• Training and mentoring junior team members to further career development.

Candidates Attributes:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accountancy practice environment.
• Must be ACCA or ACA qualified.
• Strong experience with cloud-based accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks is necessary.
• Great team-player with a positive outlook and excellent relationship building qualities.
