Graduate Support Consultant – Fluent Italian

Salary: £26,400 – £28,800 per year

Graduate Support Consultant – Italian Speaking required to join Software Solutions Provider specialising in HR Applications.

You don’t need an IT background but you do need to be bright and passionate about Customer Service with Italian Language Skills.

What would make you a good fit?

* Degree educated or international equivalent (Business, Languages or Social Sciences Degree ideally) – 2:1 and above ideally

* Native/Fluent Italian language skills, both verbal & written

* You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to nurture & build strong working relationships; Conscientious & attentive, with an eye for detail with identifying resolutions to problems

* You have a buzz solving problems

* You are a fantastic team player

Customer Application Support is an ideal place to begin a career. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the business supporting their Italian and UK client base.
