Senior Tfm Account Manager – Industrial

My client is one of the UK’s top 10 support services companies who work across the public and private sectors. They are now seeking an experienced IFM Account manager to oversee a large single site contract across the industrial sector.

Role details:

• Leading the strategic development for the site for IFM
• Managing an operations team for technical services, cleaning, catering, security and waste management
• Recruitment and development of the operations team
• Budget management of 5 millon p+l
• Ensuring that all KPI’S/SLA’s are achieved on a monthly basis
• Overseeing commercial requirements for the account including preparation of annual budgets
• Ensuring that all statutory compliance is adhered to for the site
• Acting as key point of contact for the client and ensuring that customer satisfaction targets are achieved
• Overseeing all QSHE performance

Requirements:

You will have a proven track record in account management for IFM within the industrial/defence sector and have previous budget management of c 5 million. Strong client relationship and team management skills are also essential for this role.
