Graduates needed for November 2020 Lambeth Schools – LSA’s and TA’s
Have you just recently graduated and want to dip your toes into education?
Do you want to Teach but don’t have a relevant teaching Qualification?
Ever Considered being a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or a Teaching Assistant (TA) in a School?
LSA’s or TA’s are essential unqualified, who work alongside classroom teachers, learning and providing support.
Prospero Teaching are working with several Secondary schools in whom are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic graduates who can act as LSA’s or TA’s to assist classroom teachers whom teach across all subject areas for KS3, KS4 and KS5!
Graduates wanted to support for
*Secondary Schools in Lambeth
* Graduates with ANY Degree
*£26,000 – £28,080 per year
*Have Strong Classroom Management skills, highly confident and ambitious
*
The ideal graduates role:
*Expected to support and assist classroom teacher.
*Need to be able to quickly build rapport with students, have good behaviour management skills and be willing to cover a range of subjects if necessary.
*Not required to deliver the lesson itself but you must ensure the pupils are on task and complete the work set by the teacher.
*Need to manage behaviour in line with the school policy so you must be confident and have a strong, firm, but fair approach.
To apply to be a LSA/ TA graduate in a School:
*You would need to have a Valid and up to date DBS (or at least be prepared to pay for one)
*Possess a degree (2:2 minimum) OR have previous experience as an LSA/ TA/ mentor or tutor
*Be subject to at least 2 years satisfactory references
