Client Relationship Manager / Business Development

Our well-established client based in the Dorking area Is looking for a face to face client manager.

The successful candidate will be required to service the incoming enquires and quotes and arrange meetings with potential new clients to secure their business whilst maintaining contact with current clients. You will be based from the Office in the Dorking area and will have access to a company vehicle to be able to go on Client visits which you can take home but not have for personal use. It is key that you have had face to face sales experience or have the right personality combined with a real passion for our industry.

Ideal Person:

* Previous face to face sales experience (B2C)

* Consultative relationship builder

* Strong understanding of landscaping or horticulture Highly advantageous

* Ability to identify issues with clients and to provide a solution.

* Computer literacy skills

* Positive personality

The position is a mix of servicing our incoming quotes and enquiries for which you will be paid a basic salary of up to £27,600pa. You have the opportunity to earn commission of 10% of the net annual value for the first year of any contracts you secure yourself. Full training and support will be given and guidance on the ‘target’ for your outbound sales work will be provided.

You will be provided with a work vehicle, fuel card, telephone and Uniform. Please note there is to be no private use of the vehicle aside from home to work/quotes. Working hours will be Mon- Fri, 9-5pm however this needs to be flexible to enable quotes for customers, some early starts or later finishes may be required and your hours flexed appropriately
