Data Prep Technician

Our Global Leading Technical Manufacturers are looking for a Data Prep Technician to join their team in Manchester.

Candidate required will be to provide a full data-processing and job-preparation service to all new and existing customers ensuring that work is completed efficiently and accurately.
Duties will include.
Verifying customer’s data.
Converting data to the appropriate lithography format.
Preparing and checking jobdecks with a high degree of accuracy.
Preparing registration and CD files.
Completing MaskTrac with relevant Quality and Manufacturing specifications.
Liaising with customers in the event of problems with the data and/or instructions in a professional and timely manner.
Liaising with Manufacturing and Customer Support in the event of any internal queries.
Recovering of archived data when required.
File housekeeping.
Performing high precision QC (quality) checks on prepped jobs.
The above list is not exhaustive and a Data Prep Technician will be expected to be flexible and carry out other related duties at the request of his / her Supervisor and/or Manager.

Supervision will be from the Data Prep Supervisor who will ensure that work is produced to the expected quality.

Please note: The shift pattern will be 4 on 4 off so every day is a day of working ie Saturday and Sunday are included. The shift premium increases to 30% and the hours will 8.00-19.30.
