Facilities Manager

NHS Trust based in South London is looking for a Facilities Manager for a Interim Contract. The Trust has recently outsourced the majority of its soft service contracts but needs an experienced Facilities Manager to instruct contractors and in house staff.

As there are a number of different services that will be covered you will need to have:

*At least 1 years NHS Facilities Management experience
*Managed both in house staff and contractors
*Be PEAT trained
*Have an in depth knowledge of cleaning, portering and catering standards
*Contract monitoring and auditing experience

This position is being advertised at 37.5 hours per week and at a Band 7 rate.
