Job Title: Social Worker in the Assessment Team

These roles are paying up to £48p/h an hour, high pay rates meaning more disposable income at the end of a hard working week.

Within this post it would include S47 investigations and initial assessments to determine need and next steps. The cases are not worked long term and transfer or close quickly.

This post is a 6 month contract initial, with the view to continue. For those seeking stability, this role is for you! An authority, who treasure the children and would like their staff to be able to be a stable aspect for the children.

Due to this authority being particularly small, this team are considered ‘family like’ you would be joining a supportive unit filled with colleagues ranging from Team manager, assistant team managers, social workers to 5 support workers.

Remote working available, this role is predominately remote. Team meetings/ supervision are all virtual. This is absolutely ideal for those looking for a better work life balance.

They offer a accommodation allowance package of £48per week tax free. On top of hourly rate.

You do not even need to have worked with Assessment before, experience within children would suffice. This is a great opportunity to move into Assessment if that is of interest.
