Property Lettings Coordinator

An established letting agency, with an excellent reputation in the local area, is currently looking to recruit a Lettings Coordinator for their Swansea office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in property lettings to work for a growing with great opportunities for future career progression.

In this position your responsibilities will include:
* Covering properties in the Swansea area and surrounding.
* Coordinating any contact between Landlords and Tenants, including assisting with moving in and checking out Tenants, conducting monthly visits and ensuring Tenants deposits are returned or assisting in deposit disputes.
* Conducting viewings on a weekly basis.
* Covering professional and student lettings.
* Negotiating with Maintenance Contractors, Landlords and Tenants.
* Coordinating property repairs and general maintenance.
* General office administration and customer service.

For this role we would be looking for a candidate with:
* Experience within administration and customer service.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A full, clean UK driving license.
* Experience of working in property lettings and experience dealing with general administrative duties e.g. Answering telephone calls, using MS Office programs, booking appointments, etc.
* Ideally you will have experience with some kind of lettings software.
