Recruitment Administration Manager

Salary: £42,000 per year

This exciting role is to support our clients’ operation by managing a small recruitment administration team. You will lead staff to drive performance both centrally and operationally and to deliver all regional recruitment requirements.

THE ROLE

* Working closely with Senior Management to support the UK-wide resourcing strategy

* Line Management of a small team of Recruitment Administrators against set KPIs and SLAs, identifying training needs and supporting to maximise performance

* Building relationships with operational leaders to gain insight into demand requirements, considering local attrition levels and future growth plans.

* Producing a regional demand plan and ensuring adequate resource to enable branch growth

* Identification of recruitment strategies by region, sharing expertise and approach to maximise recruitment performance.

* Overseeing advertising and job posting, ensuring all vacancies reflect requirements using industry led approach to maximise applications.

* Management of the front-end recruitment process, including candidate sifting and telephone interviewing.

* Communication of regular regional reporting including attendance at regional meetings to provide recruitment performance insight.

* Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and working together with the Recruitment Manager to implement accordingly.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Applicants should have the following:

* Team Management experience, driving performance through others

* Knowledge of how recruitment processes work, or working within a recruitment process – ie internal recruitment

* Ability to manage and influence a wide range of key stakeholders aside from direct reports

* Knowledge of how to analyse data to drive decisions

* Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
