URGENT – PERM ACCOUNT MANAGER/RECRUITER FOR A HOT DESK IN SECRETARIAL RECRUITMENT.

Account Manager – Secretarial / Customer Service Recruitment
Basic c£ £30k ish, OTE £50k -£60,000 +++ plus great benefits and incentives
Based Central London.

The Person:
– Experienced Perm Recruitment Consultant required with track record of managing accounts!
– Will cross train on sector, but preferably Secretarial/Commercial Recruitment
– Must have a thorough, organised approach to recruitment and consultative manner
– Must be able to conduct competency based interviews
– Consultant should be focused, proactive, have good attention to detail, be committed and able to work quickly.
– Bright, well presented and articulate.

The Role:
– To run two large accounts
– The role will involve placing permanent Office Support, Sales and Customer Service related candidates
– The account currently has 20 vacancies that need filling so is a hot desk!
– You will complete all aspects of consultancy role account managing and a small amount of BD when the desk is quieter.
– Great team environment and plenty of support!
– Current Consultant making at least 5 placements a month so great commission!
– Support of a resourcer in the business.
