We are seeking an Administrator who has a preference for working within a small and friendly environment where no day is the same.

The client is involved within the Construction Industry where you will be working alongside Engineers, Customer Service, Sales staff and Directors. Total staff is 20.

The role is fast paced and you will be responsible for:

Speaking to customers both on the phone and face to face
Preparing figures
Preparing quotations
Invoicing
liaising with other departments including Engineers and Sales

To be considered for this role you must have good organisational, communication and keyboard skills, with a record of longevity within your Work History.

You must have held a similar Administration/Customer Service experience within an Office environment.
