Sales and Marketing Assistant Refurbishment Sector

My client is a highly successful and established independent multi-faceted Maintenance business.
They have over 300 staff in operational bases across the UK providing planned and reactive building, facilities management, mechanical, electrical, drainage and security solutions to a diverse customer base.
Due to ongoing expansion, they are keen to employ an ‘industry specific’ Marketing Assistant to work alongside the Sales Executive, to research and book appointments with potential clients.
Any applicants MUST HAVE/BE:
*Relevant industry experience
*Ideally be degree qualified
*Life in easy car commute to Watermill Business Centre
*Have excellent communication skills
*Experience with PQQ’s and RFI’s and understand the bid process
*Excellent pc literacy
*Be able to juggle and prioritise workloads
