Salary: £26,000 – £36,000 per year
Due to the continued growth of my Client they are seeking to recruit additional Recruitment Consultants to join their current team in Portsmouth.
Key Skills:-
The successful candidate will currently be working within Construction (Trades and Labour roles and also M&E Construction sectors, as well as the Rail and Energy/ Power sectors
Proven track record of success in developing new business
Maximising account penetration with existing Clients
Able to work a 360 degree recruitment role, without being micro-managed
There is also the opportunity for this role to could develop in to managing teams, with the M&E or Construction trades and labour team.
Salary: £26,000 – £36,000 per yearDOE, plus bonus which is uncapped OTE between 40k to 50k
