Leo Xander is currently looking for a Site Manager to join an award-winning, family-run client of ours on a permanent basis working on commercial construction projects.

They have an enviable reputation; the company is well managed, and stable and is looking forward to its next phase of growth. They have projects in the residential, commercial, and pharmaceutical sectors. Your work will be focused on commercial projects.

This company works on projects for their long-standing blue-chip clients including work on film studios, food production facilities, and even the Royal Household.

Your New Role:

As a Multi-Site Manager, you will provide hands-on supervision on a number of smaller projects based around the Slough region, so travelling is essential to this role (a company van + fuel card are provided). Duties to include, but are not limited to; 

• Managing a site team 
• Management of subcontractors/trades
• Delivering works, ensuring the highest level of safety at all times 
• Project management, including budget management
• Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities 
• Progress reporting 

Qualifications/experience: 

SMSTS 

CSCS 

First Aid at Work

Previous experience working in a similar role

Commercial refurbishment experience

A strong background in construction/trades

A driving licence is essential
