Support Worker

We are looking for Support Workers who really enjoy making a difference, to cover temporary shifts, with our new major clients in supported living units. We welcome your application if you are looking for some extra shifts, or want the flexibility that temping provides (with on-going shift opportunities).

Successful candidates will be caring, have paid experience of working with adults with physical or learning disabilities and ideally have an NVQ 2/3 in Care.

Duties will include supporting the registered Manager and his/ her staff; following person centred care plans; being responsible for creating a welcoming and homely environment for the service-users; promoting best practice and the day to day running of the unit.

Location: Guildford.

Role: Temporary.

Salary: £26,000per year. per year PAYE depending on shift.
