Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 8.45am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week) with an unpaid break of 1 hour for lunch.

Technical Advisor – The Role:
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager you will provide technical advice on the use of the correct lubricant for a particular application and support the sales and marketing activities of Morris Lubricants by providing comprehensive technical support/information to both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will ideally have basic lubricants knowledge and experience in a similar customer support role.
To be successful in this role you must be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
Technical Advisor – Preferred Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications / Experience:
* Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar support role.
* Engineering / industrial experience / background.
* Basic lubricants knowledge.
* Must be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
* Must be well-organised with excellent time-management and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Must be able to create effective and positive working relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
* Must have a confident, friendly and assertive telephone manner together with good listening skills.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* As this role may include UK travel, it would be advantageous if you held a valid driving licence.
