Receptionist

Temporary Receptionist £26,000 per year

We are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist for a busy dealership this position is working full time for 4 weeks 8am to 7pm this opportunity has the potential to go permanent, if the position goes permanent the role will be working part time 30hrs a week working either mornings or afternoon

Duties to include

Meeting and greeting clients
Call screening
Maintaining visitors records
General Administrative support where required
Keeping the reception area clean and tidy

Skills required

Excellent communication skills
Good customer service skills and experience
Strong IT skills
You will be well presented
Strong organisational skills
The ability to prioritise work load
Excellent IT skills

To be successful for this role you will meet all of the above criteria be looking for part time work on a permanent basis and be able to start straight away.
