Mechanical Project Engineer – Large Building Services Company – Commercial Projects – Manchester

One of the UK’s leading and well respected building services company are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to work on Commercial projects. They are offering an excellent package to become an integral part of their M&E team.

Based on projects throughout Manchester, you will be responsible for the successful delivery and management of all mechanical services within commercial projects, up to the value of £3M. You will play an active part throughout the life cycle of projects and will be involved from the design and feasibility stage while leading the project management through to completion. You will have to ensure health and safety is enforced throughout the project and will be required to undertake site visit risk assessments and CDM awareness.

You should be an experienced and degree / HND qualified Mechanical Project Engineer, with proven previous experience working on commercial projects, up to the value of £3M. You should have excellent and effective communication and management skills. You should have excellent understanding and knowledge of the building services and construction industries, with strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation.

Salary: £42,000 – £60,000negotiable, depending on experience + benefits
