An Experienced Assistant Lettings Manager Required

GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an experienced and well-spoken ASSISTANT LETTINGS MANAGER for our clients, an established independent Estate Agency in BATH.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: You will need to be well presented, have previous experience in lettings and estate agency and a good knowledge of the area.

RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be required to generate valuations and new business opportunities, arrange viewings and manage the lettings team in the absence of the manager.

REMUNERATION: Basic salary of up to £27,600dependent upon experience, with a total package of up to £35,000 OTE.
