Estimator

We require an experienced Estimator within the general building/ housing sector. This is a permanent position and an opportunity for an individual to further their career within an established business. Applicants will need to have comprehensive knowledge of estimating and tendering procedures and must have substantial experience of estimating within the construction industry.

The role includes:

-Producing net prices for projects.
-Producing prices in line with current market conditions.
-Liaising with consultants in the tender preparation.
-Working to tight deadlines.
-Preparing tender settlement sheets and attending tender settlement meetings.
-Preparing tenders based on estimating procedures.

All applicants must have a proven track record in the industry and be willing to develop themselves within the role. Candidates should also have a relevant qualifications in Estimation and or/ Institute Membership.
