Internal Sales Manager / Team Leader

Salary: £42,000 per year

Zest4Talent are excited to be recruiting for a growing international company looking for a Sales and Telemarketing Manager to manage a telemarketing team and expand in line with business objectives. A completive salary of £42,000Basic with an OTE of £50k uncapped is on offer. Excellent benefits and Free Parking. You will work with the existing team and look to grow that by 1 within a 6-month period. Support and motivate the internal sales team and grow revenue in line with the business strategy. Your telesales team will be responsible for quantifying leads, sourcing new leads and booking appointments for the external sales team to attend.

The successful candidate will have previous experience leading or supervising a Telemarketing/ Telesales team. You will be self-motivated, driven and be able to structure your day. You will be a natural rapport builder and enjoy establishing relationships with individuals across all levels of an organisation to Director level. You will enjoy working in partnership with external field sales executive and collaborate to maximise potential. Experience working utilising a CRM system is beneficial, but a good level of IT Literacy is essential.

The role will include:

• Managing a team of 4 telemarketers/telesales and supporting them to achieve their maximum potential and exceed KPI’s
• Training your sales team who will be responsible for making appointments for the external sales team by way of telesales/telemarketing
• Setting KPI’s to achieve set levels of telesales call targets (in the region of 60-70 per day)
• Gain competitor information on pricing, performance, and market share information with sales team as appropriate
• Work in partnership with your external field sales team to plan time and resources effectively.
• Compile sales statistics and report back to the management team as required
