Employability Skills Tutor

Salary: £26,000 – £28,200 per year

Specialist Recruitment Services UK Ltd are currently seeking an Employability Skills Tutor to join an established professional team.

The role will be based from our Head Office in Rugby and will involve the delivery of an Education Skills Funding Agency backed contract supporting adults in certain priority groups to assess their skills, develop their employability, enter training, and then move in to employment via the delivery of our inhouse employability program called COMPASS.

To be considered you will ideally have previous experience of working as an Employability Skills Tutor, preferably with a relevant level 4 qualification (PTTLS, CTTLS, or DTLLS) having focused your experience to date within a non for profit or private sector organisation with the matrix quality standard for information advice and guidance services.

You will have excellent IT skills as all training is currently being delivered online using Zoom, supported by SRS’s bespoke CRM & diary management tool which requires real time updates for the evidencing of learner outcomes. A typing speed of 60 wpm is desirable due to the requirement to produce learner appraisal and devlopment plan documents within each lesson.

The role is intially offered on a 6 month fixed term contract. Please for immediate interview.
