Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
Experienced Applications Support Consultant required for my clients growing team in Bridgwater.
The firm are going through a period of growth, with dozens of long serving staff & low turnover this is a great opportunity for those looking for a career in the IT profession in a modern, expanding business.
You will be responsible for (after a period of training on my clients software & services) telephone & email support for existing clients utilising my clients bespoke software package. You will liaise between the client & internal teams to diagnose problems & provide solutions. This will include tracking & management of tickets including updating all relevant parties involved.
The successful candidate will also be expected to provide installation and training for my clients software & as such there will be some requirement for overnight stays & the provision of own transport (expenses are covered).
Bridgwater based
Salary circa 18-25k DoE
9-5 Monday to Friday (Flexibility between 8-8 may be required ad-hoc)
20 Days holiday + Bank holidays
