Temporary Database Administrator – Motor Trade Marketing Department

Location: Crewe, Cheshire

Salary: National Minimum Wage

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Duration of Employment: 2 Months (With the view of Permanent Position)

Our client who are in the ‘Top 50 UK Companies to work for’ are currently recruiting for a Temporary Database Administrator based at their head office in Crewe.

Job Specification:
•Maintaining data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act
•Assisting with keeping the database up to date
•General Administration duties
•Assisting with ongoing cleansing and updating of the group database including:
•Service and MOT due dates
•Email unsubscribes & bounces
•Campaign returns

Person Specification:
•Process orientated with strong computer skills
•Ability to pay close attention to detail
•Strong analytical skills
•Knowledge of CDK, RTC and POLK systems would be useful but not essential as full training will be given.

Key performance measures:
•Assisting CRM Marketing Executive with overall improvement in the groups database to drive additional aftersales bookings:
•Email data quality
•MOT due date accuracy
•Service due date accuracy
