Salary: £42,000 plus bonus OTE £55,000 and a variety of company benefits including company car

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager for our client’s car dealership in Nelson.

For this role we need a confident, driven and proven individual, someone who is passionate about the role and bringing the Aftersales team together.

Aftersales Manager / Service Manager role:
You will be managing a Service department with a team of 9 Vehicle Technicians, 2 Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.

You will be tasked with the day to day running of the Service and parts department:
– Smooth and efficient running of the service department
– Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
– Drive customer service
– Monitoring KPIs
– Driving the team, support and training

Aftersales Manager / Service Manager requirements:
– Must have at least 2 years’ experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a car dealership

– Full UK driving licence.
– Strong man management & interpersonal

Salary: £42,000 + Bonus OTE £55,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
