Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year
Time 4 are excited to have an opportunity for a Permanent Site Manager in Nottingham. You will be working with one of the UKs premiere main contractors who are synonymous with delivering largescale RC Frame Projects such as multi storey Luxury Hotels and Student Accommodation across the UK
As Site Manager new be in involved in new build and refurbishment RC frame projects. Due to the nature of the role is essential you have a minimum of five years’ experience as a site manager and have worked on projects in excess of 20 million.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager looking to join a main contractor who can offer a clear development plan to aid their progress to Senior and beyond.
Key requirements
* SMSTS is essential.
* First Aid
* CSCS
* Previous Site Management experience working on RC Frame projects in excess of £20 million
Key responsibilities
* Supervising all the Site Team and report daily to the visiting Project Manage and Contracts Manager
* Ensuring the project is on time against programme
* Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance throughout the Site.
* Ensure the Site team adhere ensure quality of works meets the clients’ demands.
* You must have Main contract experience in high rise schemes.
* Previously experience on RC Frame contract.
* Within commutable distance of the centre of Nottingham
* OR prepared to travel the UK for continuity of work and travel expenses paid.
