Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year

Leading global organisation is looking to recruit a People Business Partner to work at their state-of-the-art complex in North London.

Role Overview

This People Business Partner role is perfect for someone who is looking to progress within their People career. It is a truly dynamic and generalist role. You will be the main people contact for the organisation and work amongst an awesome array of people colleagues. You will have line manager responsibility for our awesome people coordinator.

Each site has a leadership team which you will be an integral part of, shaping the dream, strategy and key decisions. This role provides equal opportunities to lead on strategic people priorities as well as rolling your sleeves up each day to deliver key processes on site.

The role is responsible for all people processes for the fantastic 120 strong team and has plenty of scope for you to drive change, improvement and growth.

They are very informal and are looking for someone who is personable to help develop their culture. This is a great opportunity to implement new ideas, improve the existing processes and leave a lasting legacy. You will have the opportunity to work alongside their experienced People team based at their head office in London, and their sites in other parts of the UK.

About You:

  • Comfortable leading strategic actions and hands on delivery
  • Passion for people processes, innovation and culture change
  • Experienced in leading people plans
  • Enjoys change, people and liking beer always helps!

Role Responsibilities

  • Business partner senior managers on key people processes and decisions
  • Coach colleagues to unleash potential, engagement and performance
  • Own all people cycle processes; performance management, talent management, onboarding
  • Manage the people package in line with the budget
  • Lead on our excellence programme to deliver sustainable improvements
  • Drive the communication strategy for the business
  • Support business leaders to utilise our engagement data to ensure we are a place everyone is happy to work at
  • Support in creating a culture that is truly inclusive
  • Liaise with wider People & Communications team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives
  • Develop relationships with local foundations, schools and recruiters to champion Diversity & Inclusion of the area, and source any new channels to attract new candidates
