Our Sheffield office currently has a fantastic opening for a Japanese Technical Support advisor to join our busy team. The role is first line technical support, answering incoming calls and dealing with a variety of issues and queries.

You must have an excellent phone manner and will quickly build rapport with customers, getting as much information as possible to resolve things quickly. You will use an internal phone and computer system, but you must have good IT skills and will be familiar with Microsoft packages.

We are looking for a quick learner who will enjoy a role that is different on every call, you will have a technical mind and will be keen to join a company with a lot to offer.

The salary range is £26,000 – £26,400and this role will be a fixed term contract of 3 years, so please be aware of this when applying. The working hours are Monday to Friday on a shift pattern of between 12am and 9.30am. This is to support Japans working hours of 08.00 – 18.00
