Housing Systems Project Manager

Salary: £66,000 – £72,000 per year

Lioness Recruitment – Careers Handled with Care. A respected public sector organisation are looking for an experienced systems specialist to provide project management expertise for their social housing systems. This is an 18 months Fixed Term salaried role.

You will manage the delivery of all implementations and upgrades of the organisation’s social housing and associated systems. You will also be responsible for budgets and change management.

Essential:

• Proven track record of IT project management in a social housing environment
• Experience of working with social housing systems such as Aareon QL, Capita One/OPENHousing, Civica Cx, NEC/NPS Housing, Northgate OHMS, Omniledger, MRI Orchard Housing, MIS ActiveH etc
• Implementing Housing Management Systems
• Allocations or Choice Based Lettings module experience
• 3rd party supplier and stakeholder management
• Project management certification such as Prince2, MSP etc
